Baoye Hubei Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary regional corporation of Baoye Group Company Ltd., which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is also an enterprise group transformed by the state-owned enterprises in Hubei province with a coalition of building construction, prefabricated construction, real estate development and overseas construction.
The group headquarter has obtained the special grade qualification for general building construction contractor and the A grade qualification for construction engineering design. Its four subsidiaries are all entitled with 1st grade qualification for the general building construction contractor. Overseas wholly-owned subsidiaries participate in “the Belt and Road” construction by undertaking China-aided projects and international projects.
